Prices exclude VAT. 12-month minimum; after that it continues month to month, with 30 days' notice to end it. A conversation is one visitor talking to the assistant; the daily limit resets at midnight. Extra hours on Neon: €35 an hour. Ad budget is paid separately, directly to the platforms.

Questions

I already have a site. Do you start from scratch?

Not necessarily. If what you have can be kept, we renew and improve it. If not, we build a new one and move everything over without losing your domain.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes, 12 months, because building the site is included in the monthly fee and you pay nothing upfront. After that it continues month to month and you can end it with 30 days' notice.

Who owns the site?

The domain and the content are yours. If you ever want to leave, we hand over the files.

Which AI do you use, and where does my customers' data go?

Sites and data stay on servers in the EU. We choose the AI model case by case and always tell you which one, and where it runs, before we start.
