Salvado LM, Lda, identified above, is the controller of the data collected on this site.

What we collect

What you give us in the proposal assistant, in the chat with our AI and on your private page: your email, company name, your name if you give it, what you need, the messages you write and, if you want, a mobile number. We also keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address, only to limit abuse, and the time of each message.

What for

To answer your questions, prepare and send the proposal you asked for, and talk to you about it, including by email. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is kept

This site and its database are hosted on a RamNode/InMotion Hosting server in the United States. The messages you write in the chat with our AI are processed by Anthropic (United States), which provides the AI model. These transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism offered by the providers. The site uses no analytics, advertising, external fonts or third-party scripts.

Cookies

None, until you use the assistant or the chat. At that point we set a first-party session cookie (one for each), only so you can pick up where you left off. They are used for nothing else.

For how long

12 months after the last message, unless you become a client, in which case statutory invoicing retention periods apply. You can ask us to delete everything before then, at any time.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. The quickest way is your private page. If you do not have one, use the form below. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

About the assistant

There are two assistants on this site, and neither is a person. The proposal assistant (the Start button) is an automated program with fixed questions. The "Talk to our AI" chat uses an artificial intelligence model (Claude, by Anthropic) that answers from the information published on this site; it can be wrong, and nothing it says is a proposal or a commitment. Neither decides anything about you: a person on our team reads every request and writes every proposal.
